My name is Malgosia (Magosha). It’s nice to meet you! I’m an Ottawa native and spent my first 18 years in Nepean, before moving to Prince Edward Island for university. In 2010, I graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College and after some time living in US, I finally settled in Ottawa again in 2012. Throughout my veterinary career, I have worked with small animals, horses and lab animals, however regardless of species, my main interests have always been animal ethics, welfare and rights. As such, I have always been very concerned about how we treat non-human animals in our society.
